WEEKLY ONLINE MEDITATION INSTRUCTION
We will meet weekly online to learn about meditation, practice as a group and support each other in building a lifelong daily mindfulness practice. Weekly at 7pm on Wednesdays.
This course includes several weekly video lessons between our live sessions that will teach you to meditate, manage distractions, and inspire your daily practice.
