As a yogini and an artist, Grace inspires us to explore yoga as an applied lifestyle, making art with our lives and
relaxing into our Divine Self.
Through the dance of balancing the elements, she guides us toward harmonizing our inner truth with our actions and experiences. Grace's approach to the yoga practice incorporates Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra.
It is Grace's intention to share the layers of yoga that will help individuals to exist in total freedom.
Grace received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica in 2009. She completed 108 hours of Anusara training in Boulder, Colorado and in 2013, she completed her
500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Brenna Geehan
and Jean Mazzei of SriYoga in San Francisco.
Grace has been certifying Yoga Teachers since 2012 with Yen Yoga & Fitness in Michigan as well as through her own Yoga Alliance approved school, Nature Yoga in Costa Rica, India and more recently online. Grace is the founder of Dharma & Grace Retreats, Nature Yoga and Charlevoix Yoga.
During the Pandemic, Grace continued her studies and completed trainings in:
- Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga
- Yoga for Recovery Y12SR
- Ayurveda 3.0
- Ayurvedic Cooking & Nutrition
- Kundalini Yoga
Grace is a a special advisor on human-centered initiatives to help accelerate the future of human health and wellbeing.
In addition to yoga, international yoga retreats, trainings and Ayurveda Coaching, Grace is part of a Design Consulting Business in Encinitas, California offering guidance on creating Conscious Destinations and sustainable Real Estate.
